Our involvement with TechServe Alliance (formerly National Association of Computer Consultant Businesses - NACCB)

TechServe Alliance is the only national trade association exclusively serving IT services companies. Representing over 350 IT services companies nationwide, those companies serve commercial and government clients globally and include Large, Small, SDB, SDVOB, Hub Zone, WOB, MBE, 8(a), and other business categories.

Global CI was invited to join the TechServe Alliance in 1997 by the Washington, DC Chapter.  Since that time the company CEO and CFO have held multi-year positions on the National Board of Directors, Lobbied Congress on behalf of the membership, served as President and Treasurer of the Washington, DC chapter.  Mike Ziman has spoken at various TechServe Alliance sponsored events and co-chaired the 2007-2008 TechServe Alliance MD Coalition to repeal the Computer Services Tax Law in Maryland .  Upon the successful repeal of that law the coalition merged with the Maryland Computer Services Accociation (MCSA) where Mike now serves on the core team.
