- Credit Card Authorization - Global CI coordinated meetings between American Express, Master Card, VISA and MCI WorldCom and developed the protocol for credit card authorization for the telecom industry. Once developed Global CI built the prototype and implemented the software. Since that initial version Global CI upgraded the application.
- Marketing Applications - VISA Card and Friends & Family applications were creations of the MCI WorldCom marketing department. Global CI met with business management to create the design specifications for VISA Card and then coded, implemented and supported the application. Friends & Family has been the most successful marketing capture Telecom project to date. Global CI played a key role in program design, coding, implementation and support of this product in record time.
- Customer Information System Redesign - Global CI analyzed, redesigned, wrote requirement documents, coded, and implemented the MCI WorldCom online system that customer support personnel use in the field.
- Rescue Operations - Global CI personnel played a key role in database cleanup and application debugging for various projects over the years to protect our client from exposure and meet deadlines. When the question arose “Who are you going to call?” The client choice was Global CI who was always there to respond.
- Training - Global CI presented classes to in-house and contract personnel regarding the various application protocols and system tools for which they were creatively responsible.
