Our Leadership

Mike Ziman, CEO of GlobalCI and Stan Soldz, CFO, both got their start as technical consultants. They set a goal to create an environment that afforded a better way to support their clients, their partners and the technical teams that they worked with. They wanted to foster an environment of integrity and openness. Global CI is the embodiment of this effort. It is well known that they have a long standing desire to make the world a better place. They have donated and participated in many charitable causes and events over the years. Recently they created and Global CI made a significant grant to Benovis, Inc., a non-profit company dedicated to using Science and Technology for the public good. Finding ways to improve the lot of many has always been a core life principle for Mike and Stan. Mike Ziman is CEO of Global Commerce & Information, Inc. an IT Services, Solutions and Integration Company focused on strategy and process improvement for our clients. Mr. Ziman is the founder, visionary and senior leader since the company began in 1992. Today, he oversees Global CI's operations, business development and marketing and strategic planning initiatives.

Mr. Ziman has a long and successful history in the IT services industry. Before creating Global CI he was the President of Ziman & Associates, an IT consultancy, founded in 1984 and was to become the predecessor to Global CI. During his 8 year tenure with Ziman & Associates the organization grew over 700 percent. Mike has also held positions as programmer, analyst, project manager and independent consultant starting in 1978. During his role as CEO, Global CI has grown 1,900 percent and continues to show double digit growth year over year.

Mike has personal application knowledge in government and commercial applications including Health IT, Accounting, Finance, Banking, Manufacturing, Logistic Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Federal agencies, Local Municipal organizations, Manpower Resources, Education, Non-Profit, Insurance, Hospital Materials Management and more.

Mike's expertise includes developing winning marketing and sales strategies, establishing strategic alliances with key vendors, creating mutual-value partnerships, and bringing in new business opportunities. His focus is applying Global CI's vision to building new business initiatives, products and services, as well as exploiting emerging technologies.

Mike has held positions on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Computer Consultant Businesses as well as the President of the local Washington, DC chapter.

Stanley Soldz is CFO of Global Commerce & Information, Inc. an IT Services, Solutions and Integration Company focused on strategy and process improvement for our clients. Mr. Soldz has been a senior leader and strategist since the company began in 1992. Today, he oversees Global CI's Financial, Human resources, Internal Systems and Legal departments.

Mr. Soldz has a long and successful history in the IT services industry. Before Global CI he was an independent IT Consultant. Stan has also held positions as programmer, analyst, and project leader starting in 1978. During his role as CFO, Global CI has grown 1,900 percent and continues to show double digit growth year over year.

Stan has personal application knowledge in government and commercial applications including Accounting, Finance, Telecommunications, Federal agencies, Local Municipal organizations, Customs, Non-Profit, Insurance, and more.

Stan has held positions on the Board of Directors for the TechServe Alliance and is the current Treasurer of the local Washington, DC chapter.

Stan's expertise includes developing internal processes and strategies, in support of winning operations. He manages all back office relationships, reporting, operations and delivery support.
