CI recruiting services will conduct a candidate search, perform screening, and recommend qualified candidates
for submittal to you.

- Education and Work-Related Verification
GLOBAL CI requires candidates to possess at least the years of experience as jointly decided with the client, in
their particular field/skill set, unless it is a new skill set in the market. Therefore, GLOBAL CI does not
represent recent college graduates, unless requested by the client, without the business knowledge and IT experience
required to be a GLOBAL CI consultant.
- Additional Candidate Screening
Drug Test, Financial Background Check, and Criminal Background Check.
- Technical Interview
The candidate will be required to complete a technical interview to assess their technical strengths and
weaknesses and/or an on-line technical test in a specific technical skill.
Management Interview
In addition to matching consultants to your environment, ensuring technical and soft skill capabilities meet
your needs, your GLOBAL CI Recruiter or Account Manager will interview and evaluate each candidate before s/he
is presented, ensuring a good fit.
Candidate Submittal
Each candidate will be submitted via email with the necessary information to quickly identify a match to
the job requirements, environment, and experience and project needs.
GLOBAL CI Connect
The GLOBAL CI Connect Program focus is on our consultants in the field. Key to the program is regular,
consistent, and effective communications between our consultants and the GLOBAL CI Consultant Liaison. Additionally,
attendance training programs (we offer tuition reimbursement and provide self study courses), social events, and
industry events are encouraged. The positive results of this program include minimal consultant turnover through
increased employee loyalty, enhanced customer service through proactive issue discovery and resolution, enhanced
overall value of GLOBAL CI services.
GLOBAL CI consultants try to exceed client expectations. Occasionally they do so in startling fashion. When
this happens and we discover this or are notified by the client the consultant will receive a Certificate of
